Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Once you place your order, it can take up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends) to process.  Shipping takes 3-5 business days but varies due to Holidays. Tracking numbers will arrive via email once order has been placed. Please make sure to double check your address before submission. Contact me immediately if there is an error. 

*Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

Refund policy

Refunds due to delivery issue will be processed minus the shipping fee.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@honoredwithacrown.com with photos from your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges 
We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons due to Covid-19. If your item is defective, please email photos to info@honoredwithacrown.com and we will assist you. So  that we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution for you.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

During the warmer months and in areas where the weather can be extremely hot there is a possibility that this will effect the overall visual appearance of your products.  Our products are not created using fillers or synthetic ingredients. When temperatures begin to warm, products may soften during transit. Some products may arrive in insulated packaging in the heat of summer, to ensure that they arrive safely but some do not unfortunately. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for, accept returns or issue refunds for melted products.

The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the consistency will change. Whipping adds tiny air bubbles that increase the size, lighten the density and change the texture, creating a light and fluffy appearance. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container which may cause it to appear half full.
